Landlord Tenant Law

We advise on landlord and tenant law including the drafting and negotiation of both residential and commercial lease agreements.
With the inception of the Residential Tenancies Board in 2004 this area of the law has rapidly changed with the introduction of a considerable amount of legislation which provides protections and rights to both residential landlords and tenants. We have a successful proven track record in representing both landlord and tenant clients at adjudication hearings and tribunals at the Residential Tenancies Board and can provide full advice on drafting and serving all necessary notices throughout the lifetime of a tenancy. We can also draft and prepare tenancy agreements, and tailor these to suit the client’s own individual requirements.
In light of the vast amount of regulation in this area it is essential that good legal advice is given to the client, landlord or tenant before any action is taken, and Feran & Co can assist you with this.
