John P. Feran
John qualified as a solicitor over 45 years ago and is the founder of Feran & Co. He is now a consultant, and available for consultations.
During his career he has handled most kinds of general practice work and has listened to the experiences and hopes and plans of clients and helped them to carry those out.
He is the “old-timer” in the Feran & Co family and is very proud of the firm and of its relationship with our clients and all who do business with us.
Caitríona joined Feran & Co in November 2016 bringing with her over fourteen years’ extensive experience in both residential conveyancing and commercial conveyancing. She graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Civil Law degree in 1998, and in 2000 she graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a Master in Laws degree. After completing her apprenticeship she was admitted to practice in 2003, and gained valuable experience working in some of the longest established firms in the North East prior to joining Feran & Co.
Caitríona holds a Diploma in Property Tax from the Law Society of Ireland and also completed a Diploma in Environmental and Planning Law with the Law Society in 2011. She specialises in all areas of Residential and Commercial Property Law and Landlord and Tenant Law, and also advises clients on Employment Law matters, and in relation to Will drafting and preparation. She has acted for developers in single and multi-use developments, and for landlords and tenants in both residential and commercial leases, and also has a proven successful track record in representing both landlords and tenants at Residential Tenancies Board Adjudications and Tribunals.
Outside the practice of law, Caitríona is an active volunteer member of the St. Louis Rathkenny Conference of St. Vincent de Paul and is also a member of the Board of Management of Rathkenny National School.
